This 7-day reset is here to help you get your life back on track – slowly, calmly, and realistically.

You can do it!

✨ Day 1 – Clean Your Space

Start with your environment.

✦ clean your room, your desk, or even just a small corner

Just clean SOMETHING during your day.
A clean space = a clearer mind.
Don’t overthink it. Just start.


🧠 Day 2 – Clear Your Mind

Take a break from everything overwhelming.

✦ journal your thoughts
✦ write what’s stressing you out
✦ limit social media for the day

Give your mind some space to breathe.


🌿 Day 3 – Take Care of Your Body

Focus on simple basics:

✦ drink more water
✦ eat something nourishing
✦ move your body (even a walk is enough)

You don’t need perfection – just effort.
